RYZON RYZON INTERNATIONAL

Privacy Policy

Date: 22 Aug 2026

This policy explains what personal data RYZON INTERNATIONAL TRADING COMPANY collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

1. Data we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing address, the items ordered, and any delivery instructions or notes you provide.

When you create an account we also store your password in an encrypted, irreversible form, your language preference, saved addresses and wishlist.

When you apply for a wholesale account we collect your business name, contact details, business address, and any trade licence number or document you choose to provide.

We also record technical information generated by your visit, including your IP address, browser type and the pages you view, which we use to keep the site secure and working correctly.

We do not collect or store card or bank card details at any point. Cash on Delivery is the only payment method offered.

2. Why we use it

We use your data to process and deliver your order, to contact you about that order, to handle returns and refunds, to operate customer accounts, to review wholesale applications, to prepare quotations, to keep records required for accounting purposes, to prevent fraud and misuse, and to improve the website.

We send marketing email only if you have opted in, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.

3. Who we share it with

We share only what is necessary, and only with:

- our delivery partner, so your order can be delivered (name, address, phone number and order reference);
- our hosting and email providers, who process data on our behalf under contract;
- professional advisers, and public authorities where we are required by law to disclose information.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Analytics

If website analytics are enabled, we use them to understand how the site is used in aggregate. These services are configured to anonymise IP addresses where the option is available, and they are not active unless configured.

5. How long we keep it

We keep order and invoice records for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes. Account data is kept while your account is open. Administrative activity logs are kept for 90 days. Data we no longer need is deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights

You may ask us to:

- give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- delete your account and personal data;
- stop sending you marketing email.

You can request account deletion from your account page, or by contacting us. We will confirm the request before acting on it. Records we are legally required to retain will be kept with your contact details removed.

7. Security

Access to customer data is limited to authorised personnel. Administrator accounts require two-factor authentication in production. Passwords are stored using a one-way hash and are never readable by us. The site is served over an encrypted connection and administrative actions are recorded in an audit log.

No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, and we will inform you if a breach affects you.

8. Children

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

9. Contact and complaints

Please use the details on our Contact page for any privacy question or request. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may raise the matter with the competent authority in the United Arab Emirates.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page.
